Un podcast se asemeja a una suscripción a un blog hablado en la que recibimos los programas a través de Internet. También una ventaja del podcast es la posibilidad de escuchar en lugares sin cobertura.

Su contenido es diverso, pero suele ser una persona hablando sobre diversos temas. Esta es la definición base. Ahora bien, puede ser ampliada de diferentes maneras. Hay podcasts sobre diversos temas, sobre todo tecnológicos. Mucha gente prefiere usar un guión y otros hablan a capella y de forma improvisada. Algunos parecen un programa de radio, intercalando música, mientras que otros hacen podcasts más cortos y exclusivamente con voz, igual que con los weblogs.

¿cómo puedo descargar un podcast?

Para descargar uno de los podcast debes hacer clic en el botón . Luego al menú archivo y haz clic en la opción "Guardar como".

Encontrarás también haciendo clic en el botón y podrás ver una transcricpión en pdf del podcast.

A podcast is a specific type of webcast which, like 'radio', can mean either the content itself or the method by which it is syndicated; the latter is also termed podcasting. The host or author of a podcast is often called a podcaster

In other words, a podcast is a collection of files (usually audio and video) residing at a unique web feed address. People can "subscribe" to this feed by submitting the feed address to an aggregator (like iTunes - software that runs on the consumer's computer). When new "episodes" become available in the podcast they will be automatically downloaded to that user's computer.

You can subscribe to the podcast with any software such as iTunes.
